returns and exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s)
in their original or similar carton for a prompt exchange or refund. Merchandise
must be received by us within 2 weeks of delivery to you. Merchandise returned
late (after 2 weeks) must have prior authorization, otherwise package will be
automatically refused at receiving. Items must be unworn and a copy of your
receipt included inside package. Allow 15 days for us to receive and process
your return. Adjustments to credit cards should appear on your next statement
(depending on your billing cycle).
A return label is included with each order. Affix label to outside of carton and return to us.
privacy
At Giordano's, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not make our mailing list available to any other company, period.
shipping charges
Shipping and handling is $6.00 per pair within the U.S. only. Items ordered
together are not necessarily shipped the same day. You will be billed only
for items sent. Most items should arrive in 3 to 7 days. Shipping charges
are not refundable. We ship United Parcel, DHL and US Postal Service. Express
delivery is available. Prices vary depending on where you live and time order
is placed. All shipments outside the United States are sent Priority USPS
International Express Mail. Any applicable taxes or duty charges are paid
by the recipient of the package.

We accept Money Orders, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit cards.
merchandise delays
All catalog items are advertised in good faith. Certain items, however, are subject to unexpected production delays. We will do everything possible to secure these items and fill your order quickly.
